The Sandtown Youth Sports Association (SYSA) exists to provide multiple opportunities for youth in our Sandtown community. SYSA enhances exposure for youth through Baseball, Football & Cheerleading. We would like to thank you for visiting.
The Sandtown Youth Sports Association is a completely volunteer organization and we will need your assistance throughout the year. We have committees, each headed by a board member, or appointee for various activities during each sport's season. We challenge you to GET INVOLVED! We are currently soliciting proposals to identify individuals and/or businesses to operate and manage the concession stand at Sandtown Park for 2012. Please see the Request For Proposal (RFP) link below for more information. All proposals must be received no later than FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17TH at 5pm Eastern time.

Wet Fields
Common sense and good judgment should be exercised before stepping onto any of the baseball infields and pitching areas after it has rained. It has taken many hours getting the fields in "game shape" in order for the kids to play on the best surface possible.
It takes hours to get a field in good shape, and minutes to totally destroy it.
In the case where bad judgement prevails, be responsible and rake the fields smooth and fill in any low spots that might hold water (around bases and home plate).
