2010 San Benito Babe Ruth
REGISTRATION IS UNDERWAY!
* When: Tuesday, November 24th, 2009 from 6:30-8:30pm
Thursday, December 10th, 2009 from 6:30-8:30pm
Thursday, January 7th, 2010 from 6:30-8:30pm
* Where: Neighborhood Pizza, Hollister
(Corner of McCray & Sunnyslope behind Chevron)
* What to bring: COPY of Birth Certificate (please no originals), Doctor/Dentist Contact Information, Medical Insurance Information, & Checkbook. We will have copier present.
* Cost: Because of the current difficult economic times, League Registration cost has been divided into a two tiered fee structure. $150 each for player interested in playing both our Spring Season (begins on 2/27/10) and Summer Season (begins on 5/14/10). Registration cost is $75 for players interested in only playing in the Summer Season due to their High School commitments, etc.
*Final Sign-Up: Saturday, January 9th, 2010 from 10:00 am-12:00 noon
Babe Ruth Field at Vets Park, also a Field Work Day.
*Senior Babe Ruth: Interested players between ages of 16-18 are encouraged to attend one of the sign-ups and register for Senior Babe Ruth. Senior Babe begins in mid-April & ends in early July.
SBBR 2009 In Review:
Congratulations to the Tigers for an Outstanding Spring Season and to the White Sox for their championship Summer Season. All of our teams played terrific baseball!
Congratulations as well to our 13, 14, and 15 yr old All Star Teams! All three All-Star teams won the Central CA District #1 championship title for the second year in a row!!!
Come join the fun!
Our new 2009 format encompassing a Spring League and Summer League was a big hit with all of the players and parents with players able to enjoy more playing time with smaller rosters and more scheduled baseball games.
