The 2009 STATE CHAMPION Saline Stix will be holding open tryouts for the 2010 Baseball Season.
The Stix will hold a two day tryout on August 8th (12pm-2:30pm) and 9th (2pm-4pm) at Rec #3 Baseball fields in Saline. If questions, please contact Mike Schwartzenberger at Stixbaseball@verizon.net.

After a slow start in Pool Play, the Saline Stix went 6-2 in Bracket play to finish as Runners Up in the USSSA 10U AA World Series.
The Stix turned a 6 game winning streak into a Championship Game apperance against the Bedford Bombers.
Congratulations to a great season.

Tuesday, July 14
The Saline Stix went 4-0 to win the 2009 Lightning 10U Classic in Fenton on July 13th.
The Stix earned victories over teams from Bloomfield, Fenton, Huron Valley, and South Farmington to claim the championship trophy.
Monday, June 29
The Saline Stix went 5-0 to capture the 2009 USSSA 10U AA State Championship!
Victories against the Motor City Bulldogs, Diamonds, and the Bloomfield Sting in pool play allowed the Stix to capture a first round bye in the championship round.
The Stix went on to beat the Southfield Padres in the semi finals to set up a championship game against the Bedford Bombers.
The Saline Stix earned the Championship Trophy with a 9-6 win over the Bombers!
