Sunday, May 23 Bradley D. Conklin of New Milford, PA Bradley D. Conklin, 17, of New Milford, Pa., died Friday, May 21, 2004, in the Town of Binghamton, N.Y. Born June 28, 1986 in Montrose, Pa., he was the son of David B. and Susan J. (Major) Conklin. He was a student a Seton Central Catholic High School, Binghamton, N.Y., and was a member of the school's basketball team and member of the S.A.D.D chapter. He was named the Metro Basketball Player of the Year of Binghamton, N.Y. Additionally he received a bronze medal in basketball at the Keystone State Games, played in the Gus Macher Tournament in Norwich for a numbers of years, played for Blue Ridge High School, played Amateur Athletic Union basketball with Hoop City in Dunmore, Pa., and assisted with Prezelski Basketball Camp at Montrose High School. He was planning to play with the New York State Fair Team this summer. Besides basketball, he enjoyed snowboarding and shooting sports. Besides his parents, survivors include, brother, Jared Conklin, at home; maternal grandmother and spouse, Barbara and Anthony Rydzewski, Montrose, Pa.; paternal grandparents, Bruce and Edith Conklin, New Milford, Pa.; maternal grandfather, H.W. (Bill) Major, Plant City, Fla.; aunts and spouses, The Honorable Sandra Major, Billie Kaye and David Krause, Bonny and John Onyon; uncles and spouses, Stephen Major, Roger and Janet Conklin, Mark and Charlotte Conklin; and many cousins. Services will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 25, 2004, at the First Presbyterian Church of Montrose. The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. on Monday at the Bartron-Myer Funeral Home, Inc., a Selected Independent Funeral Home, 74 Church Street, Montrose, Pa. The family suggests, that if desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Bradley David Conklin Memorial Basketball Scholarship Fund, c/o Community Foundation of Susquehanna County, 36 Lake Ave., Montrose, PA 18801. Sunday, May 23 Andrew Wilson Donahue of Binghamton Andrew Wilson Donahue, 16, of Binghamton, died unexpectedly Friday evening, May 21, 2004 as the result of an automobile accident. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Leo Donahue. He is survived by his parents, Andrew and Tari Donahue; his sister, Morgan Donahue, all at home; his paternal grandmother, Catherine Donahue, Binghamton; maternal grandfather, Fowler Wilson, Binghamton; maternal grandmother, Roxanna Wilson, Fla.; aunts and uncles, Timothy and Maureen Donahue, Leo and Sim Donahue, Patrick and Trixie Donahue, Sharon and Scott Burghardt, Michael and Stacie Wilson, Leticia Brown and Fowler Wilson Jr.; several cousins. Andrew was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Binghamton, where he was an altar server. He was a sophomore at Seton Catholic Central High School and a member of S.A.D.D. Andrew played basketball, varsity baseball and varsity golf. Andrew had a great love of life and a great sense of humor. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Patrick's Church, corner of Oak and Leroy Streets, Binghamton, Tuesday at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main Street, Binghamton, Monday from 3 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Andrew may be made to St. Patrick's Gym Floor Replacement Fund, 9 Leroy Street, Binghamton, N.Y. 13905.
