Track your running pace as you train in the off-season with this Excel file. Easy to use. Add all of your split times in one place. See your split pace and cumulative pace. Splits can be of varying distances. Mix Miles and Kilometers. Fill it in then cut and paste the results into your training log. You guys are out there training, right!!!! Prayer for Seton Players
Loving God, in Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton you have given us an example of faithfulness and love. As wife, mother and foundress, she shows us how to live our lives in charity and concern for others. Through her interecession, may she obtain for us our request for the safety of our players throughout the season, for fair play, and good sportsmanship. Like Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton, may we have intense love for Jesus present in the holy Eucharist. Following her example, may we seek our consolation in his holy presence. Amen |
