Need a release? You must be in good standing to receive a release. Print NYSAHA Release form,

fill out Part I. All requests will be returned within 10 days from receipt. Allow sufficient |
|
| |
|
time. Mail your requests for a release to Ed King, 5 Covington Ct., Niskayuna NY 12309 |
