WHEN: SATURDAYS 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Dec. 12th, Jan 9th (Early Bird Special) Jan. 16th, Jan.23th, Jan. 30th Regular Registration After Jan. 30th Late Registration WHERE: Joe Berardini Fields Sunshine Little League –FIELD #1 4402 Federal Blvd, San Diego, California 92102 WHAT: BASEBALL - AGES 7-12 (7-8 Minor B, 9-11 Minor A, 9-12 Major) SOFTBALL - AGES 7-15 (7-9 Minors, 9-12 Majors, 13-15 Juniors) TEE-BALL - AGES 5-6 REGISTRATION FEES: BASEBALL& SOFTBALL: EARLY BIRD $70.00 REGULAR $80.00 LATE $90.00 TEE-BALL ONLY $50.00 Additional information:1. Registration includes basic picture package.
2. Additional child discount applies only to siblings and/or children under legal guardianship residing in the residence. (Sibling discount only applies to regular $80.00 registration fee)
3. The above registration covers insurance, baseball, softball, uniforms (cap/jersey), equipment, etc.4. All boys and girls must register whether they have played at Sunshine Little League previously, returning major division players MUST register before February 6, 2010.
5. Please bring the following at the time of registration:
A. Child’s Birth Certificate
B. Proof of Residence (i.e. Driver’s License, Utility Bill, School Record, Finical Statement.)
