Bert Leo Gymnasium
The gymnasium at St. Theresa School has been dedicated to the honor Albert A. "Bert" Leo. Mr. Leo was instrumental in starting the first basketball team at St. Theresa's.

From 1947 to 1964, Mr. Leo was the most successful CYO Basketball Coach in the the Central Penn League. During this time, Coach Leo led teams from St. Ann's in Steelton and St. Theresa's to a combined record of 310 Wins with only 21 Losses; 12 CYO League Championships; 7 undefeated seasons; 3 Gold Medal Championships; 3 Diocesan Championships; and 1 State CYO Second Place Finish.

In 2001, Mr. Leo was honored into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame, and in 2002, the Saint Theresa Parish Athletic Association dedicated the basketball court to Bert to honor his help in starting the basketball program.
