Capstone Holding Company

The Capstone Holding Company donated the 23.8 acres for the complex and developed the 1st field for planting. Capstone Holding Company has committed to developing the 2nd and 3rd fields.


St. Clairsville Noon Rotary

The Noon Rotary committed $50,000 to the building of a Rotary Soccer Pavilion at the Capstone Soccer Complex
