Directions
This tournament is meant to be a fun tournament for the kids. The tournament will take place in St. Clairsville, Ohio. The Capstone Soccer Complex is located 2 1/4 miles south of the U S interstate 70 exit #213 neat St. Clairsville. . If you are driving west on Interstate 70 you will turn left off the freeway at exit #213 and go straight through the next stoplight (St Route 40 ) and you will be on Airport Rd (County road 82_. The soccer complex is 2 ¼ miles south on 82. You will see Capstone Soccer Complex Drive on the right. If you are driving east on Interstate 70 you will take a right off the freeway onto State route 40. At the very next light you will turn right onto Airport Rd (County Rd 82)
General
There will be three age divisions for both boys and girls with trophies awarded to the winners. There will be a 4 game guarantee with the first three games for ceding and the next games knock-out rounds. Game times U-10 (20 minutes), U12 (24 minutes), U-14 (30 minutes) There will be a halftime for each age group.

Captive 15 year olds who are not yet in high school will be permitted on the U-14 teams) see rules.
Trophies will be awarded to the 1st place teams with shirts given to the 1st 8 teams who enter each division.
Competition for the fastest kick as judged by a speed gun will be held with the winners receiving a trophy in each age division for boys and girls.
This tournament is meant to be a soccer festival and fun for the kids. They will play on small fields with no goalie. The players will organize themselves with only an adult manager. All rosters must be certified by the league or club registrar.
