Fall 2009 Stafford Revolution 94 Blue (Brasil) 

Stafford Revolution 94 Blue (Brasil) is a proud member of the Stafford Area Soccer Association (SASA) and competes in the National Capital Soccer League (NCSL), U15 Div 2.   The team is committed to the development of individual soccer skills, tactical team skills, physical & mental player development and good sportsmanship through positive coaching and mentoring.  We strive to excel on the soccer field and in life. 

Revolution 94 Blue (Brasil) is coached by Coach Thomas 'Tommy' Hagerty.  Coach Tommy is currently a player on the Fredericksburg Generals soccer club, an Assistant Coach (Goalkeeping) for the University of Mary Washington Women's Soccer team and he has a wealth of soccer playing experience both locally and internationally.  Coach Tommy completed a great first season with Brasil and we are looking forward to many more with him at the helm.

RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

*  July 2009:  As part of a SASA-wide renaming of all teams, Stafford Brasil is now Stafford Revolution 94 Blue (Brasil).  Revolution 94 Blue has been promoted to NCSL Division 2 for Fall 2009. 

*  June 2009:  Stafford Brasil finished the Spring 09 NCSL season with a 3-2-4 record.  

*  May 2009:  Stafford Brasil finishes the 2009 Virginian Tournament with a 2-1-1 record.  

*  March 2009:  Stafford Brasil ties both games of rain/mud shortened PWSI Icebreaker Tournament

*  March 2009:  Stafford Brasil wins 2 of 3 games at the SASA St. Patrick's Day Tournament 

*  February 2009:  Stafford Brasil (playing as Stafford 'Pride') finished as U15 Boys Champions in the Winter II indoor soccer session at the Fredericksburg Field House
