ALERT FOR PARENTS!!

As the baseball season quickly approaches, you may be thinking about purchasing a new bat for your little slugger.  Before you go out and buy the latest and greatest, please be aware that STAA has banned the use of almost all composite bats in ALL in-house baseball leagues for safety reasons.  In our Handouts section you will find a list of composite baseball bats (with pictures and model numbers) that STAA has approved for use.  This list may be updated as manufaturer's have their bats tested for safety ratings.

Bottom line is - if it's not on the list, it won't be allowed in STAA games.

Our interleague games with MAYBA will be played at both home and away fields, utilizing a set of consistent playing rules for both levels of play. In addition, both leagues regular seasons will culminate in league playoffs, which will incorporate all teams in both organizations. Minor and Major League playoffs will be conducted separately.
