District Pitching Tracker
Every manager (Farm and above) needs to carry this form with them at all times and they must email this to District and us within 24 hours after a game is completed. First time not done will be a written warning to the coach. Second time, a 1 game suspension to the coach, third time is a 3 game suspension to coach and fourth time is permanent removal of the coach.
