We use a combination of SSFL and NFL rules


********** Few Rules have been modifed, please read carefully and inform your team *********

TEAM
----------
- 7 Man, 20 man roster
- In order for a player to play in the playoffs they must play 4 games prior to the playoffs
- 22 yards for 1st down or next cone
- Punting is allowed. There are no punt returns or punt rushing or punt fake. The ball is spotted where it first hits the ground or caught by another player.
- kickoff is not allowed - Ball is spotted at the 10 YRD
- No ONSITE kicks
- 6 points for a TD
- The extra 1-point is at the 5 yards or 2 points at the 10 yards
- Running & Blitzing is allowed on the extra point conversion
- No Fumbles
- 30 Second play clock
- 2, 30 minute halves
- 2 timeouts per half for each team
- Continues clock until the last 2 minutes of the second half.
- One hand touch if flags aren?t visible or player is on the ground
- All players are eligible except the HIKER
- 2 feet inbound for a catch
- pushing out of bounds is allowed, try and keep it clean
- Player can not dive with the ball.
- A fumbled snap is considered loss of down.
- Only the captain of each team can question the refs calls.
- Open hand blocking only - 15 yard penalty if not open hand.
- 3 point stands are not allowed - 15 yard penalty
- Unnecessary roughness is an automatic ejection of the player
- Roughing and yelling is not allowed and players will be penalties or ejected
- Refs can eject a player out for x amount of minutes or x amount of games. (This league will not tolerate ROUGHING)


PENALTIES

- STIFF ARMING : 10 YARDS from the spot
- FLAG GUARDING: 10 YARDS from the spot
- OFFISIDE OFFENSE: 5 YARDS & repeat the down
- OFFISE DEFFENSE: 5 YARDS & repeat the down
- HOLDING DEFFENSE: 10 YARDS & automatic first down
- HOLDING OFFENSE: 10 YARDS & repeat the down
- HANDS TO THE FACE: 10 YARDS & repeat the down
- CHOP BLOCK: 15 YARDS
- ROUGHING OR YELLING: 15 YARDS PENALTY OR EJECTION FROM THE GAME(S)
