Practice will begin on Monday, July 25, 2011 at Montgomery "Luckie" Waller Park. Practice consist of 2 hours per day, 5 days a week for the two or three weeks. Before any contact with pads or cheer chants and drills can be made each participant must complete the mandatory 20 hours of conditioning. Practice will be held from 5:30pm-7:30pm (unless otherwise specified by the individual coaches).
Appropriate attire should be worn at all times including cleats (football) and athletic shoes (cheer), comfortable clothing such as sweats, shorts, t-shirts, etc. NO JEANS! Please make sure your child has enough water to last them the entire practice. And because so many of our staff have families of their own, please be on time picking up your children from the park.
