Registration will be held at Montgomery High School - Gym.
The following items are required for registration:
1) Participant must be present with Parent/Legal Guardian;
2) Original Birth Certificate and 2 Copies;
3) Two Proof of Residency and 2 copies;
4) FINAL copy of Report Card for 2008-2009 season;
5) 1/2 of Registration Fees (Cash, money orders or credit card)
NO CHECKS!!.
Cheer and Flag Football Registration $165; Tackle Football $215
You must be in good standing with the association. Which means if you have an outstanding balance or if your equipment is not turned in you will not be allowed to sign-up until cleared.

SSDIB Youth Football and Cheer is a program for boys & girls from ages 5-15 years of age. Our goal is to teach the fundamentals of football/cheerleading, the importance of teamwork, responsibility, respect and sense of pride through hard work and dedication.
