    This is for SOGFSA teams ONLY. If you don't play in our league, then don't ask to play.

    ***Registration deadlines will be adhered to, no exceptions will be made!!! (There have been too many problems in the past for hosts having to redo scheduling and such)

    PRE and POST
    Tournament cost $200.00 per team.(price change for 2014)
    Format: Will be determined according to number of teams entered.
    Brackets: Teams will play in their respective "A" or "B" brackets - if possible (see By-Laws).

    THIS IS FOR REPS ONLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If your not a REP, this request will be ignored.

    From SOGFSA board: If there is a change that needs to be made because of field availability or restrictions on a team for other previous noted reason please email Don directly. Please if it's a matter of just needing to change a time or date on a game identify the date or time scheduled now and the date and or time you want to move it to. If the change is the matter of a team that don't want to play weekends, Vacations, School functions not previous emailed to the SOGFSA then the coach and his or her director needs to contact the other team. Those two organizations need to come up with an alternative date and time then email Don and Sandy.

  • Submitting this request DOES NOT automatically check for field conflicts. This request/form does nothing more than format an email that is easy for the field scheduler and ump coordinator to read without having to play detective on a sent email reading "please schedule us at noon".
