Post Season Tournament
To All,
 
We understand the frustrations from this past weekend and sympathize with all parents, players and coaches as we have heard of the many issues that arose from the tournament this weekend in Middletown.   The tournaments are not run by SOGFSA but are hosted by one of our member organizations for teams that play in the SOGFSA leagues.   The member organization in this case is the Middletown Fastpitch League, who were supported by the Young American Youth Advancement Services (YAYAS) organization in running the tournament.  
 
We have very little to do with each tournament beyond providing initial input and answering any questions on eligibility.   Any questions or issues with refunds on the shirts that you have related to the tournament should be directed to the two tournament directors.
 
We have also been cataloging all issues to be shared with the entire extended board to make sure we address them for any future tournaments.   Please send any comments, positive and negative, that you would like added to this listing to president@sogfsa.org.
