SNFA SOUTHWEST OFFERS TWO DIVISIONS OF PLAY
"B" Division is for the more experienced competitive players.
"C" Division is for the new instructional player as well as the experienced player who is just having fun.
SNFA Southwest is a Non-Profit, Tax Exempt Corporation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and qualified to receive "charitable" donations. As a charitable corporation, all donations, including many items of use to the league, are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the tax law.
We can only function through the goodness of donations and sponsorships. Please take every advantage to use your contacts in your professional lives to support the league. Your daughter's coach will be required to secure a sponsor for the team. Additional sponsorships are greatly appreciated and will be used for equipment and clinic needs for your children and the league.
Every sponsor is recognized on the sponsorship banner at the West Flamingo softball complex and on the website.
The Southern Nevada Fastpitch Association and the Amateur Softball Association have a long history of providing the best fundamental training of any program in the Las Vegas Valley. We're happy you've chosen to be a part of it and count on your support for a successful 2007.
If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please bring them to our attention. There is a suggestion box in the concession stand, as well.

We want to welcome you to the Southern Nevada Fastpitch Association (SNFA) Southwest family of softball stars and home of Nevada State Champions! SNFA Southwest is proud to be affiliated with, and sanctioned by, the Amateur Softball Association (ASA). Founded in 1933, ASA was named the National Governing Body of Softball, pursuant to the Amateur Sports Act of 1978. ASA sanctions over 83,000 youth girls’ fast pitch softball teams comprising of over 1.2 million girls.
SNFA Southwest has three seasons; Spring, All Star's and Fall. Please be mindful that it is our intention to adhere to the SNFA Southwest Mission Statement
MISSION STATEMENT"Our mission is to develop, direct and promote the sport of softball to ensure maximum participation, optimal performance and educational excellence, inspiring character, confidence and equal opportunity for every participant."
We require your cooperation and support of this statement. Accountability is very important to every participant in this league, whether it's a manager, coach, umpire, player or parent/fan. We should all consider ourselves part of a support network that provides the most positive of environments for our children. We set the example that will make the difference in their lives, long after the lights go out at the softball complex.Please familiarize yourselves with the league rules, playing rules, seasonal participation requirements, and other valuable information located in the handout section.

SNFA Southwest will be a stronger league, with the help of many volunteers. There are vacancies on the SW Board, and various Committees.
We have vacancies in Concessions, Player Advocates, Field Maintenance, Safety Management, and 10U, 12U, 14U and 16/18U Division Rep's.
