CONGRATULATIONS COPPERHEADS!!!

2nd Place - 15u Division - Knoxville Panther Invitational in Knoxville, TN ~03/06/09 to 03/08/09

Copperheads defeated Kingston Yellow Jackets (TN), West Knoxville Celtics (TN) and The Knoxville G-Force (TN) before falling to the TN Rhino's (TN) in the 15u Championship game.

2nd Place - 15u Division - Boone Roundball Classic in Boone, NC ~03/13/09 to 03/15/09

Copperheads defeated Alexander Cougars (NC), Asheville Titans (NC) & NRV Elite (VA) before falling to the WV Wildcats in the 15u Championship game.

 1st Place - 15u Division - Easter Slamfest in Elizabethton, TN ~04/09/09 to 04/11/09

 Copperheads defeated the Jr Toppers (TN), Heat Basketball (NC), UC Thunder (TN) and the Asheville Titans (NC) for a perfect pool record of 4-0.  They met the Jr Toppers (TN) again for the Championship and once again the Copperheads were triumphant taking home the 15u Boy's division first place trophy.

 1st Place - 15u Division - Smoky Mtn Classic in Pigeon Forge, TN ~04/24/09 to 04/26/09

Copperheads defeated the Knoxville Bounce (TN), Sweetwater Tigers (TN) and the Rosman Tigers (NC) to earn the championship for the 15u division.

1st Place - 16u Division - 2nd Annual Top Gun Showdown in Elizabethton, TN ~05/02/09 to 05/03/09

Playing up an age division the Copperheads defeated the Atlanta South Knights (GA) in the Championship game to earn the first place spot.

The Smoky Mountain Copperheads are a boy's basketball team in NE TN that will compete in the 15u/9th Grade Boy's division in the 2009 season.
