NOTE: Little League regulations do not allow local police or state agency background checks to be used in lieu of this form because they may not check national databases. Also, the Little League background check is not valid for the SK school department.

2017 Spring Registration

Registration for the Spring 2016 season is now open! This year, all registrations will be processed online through Sports Illustrated Play at For those who are unable to register online, Walk-in Registration will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 9am - 11am at the Peace Dale Elementary School Cafeteria. Those families new to SKLL or who have changed residency within the past year may drop off copies of their proofs of age and residency at that time if they prefer not to send them through the mail. A registration form is linked below for your convenience.

RI School and Youth Programs Concussion Act

Rhode Island District 3 Little League has released information regarding Rhode Island Title 16-91 School and Youth Programs Concussion Act, sections 16-91-3 and 16-91-4 (attached). Title 16-91 will be in effect at all District 3 Tournament games and all State Tournaments hosted by District 3.
