Parents/Grandparents invited; Potluck, bring salad and/or desert; Soda and/or juice is an option too!
League will provide hot dogs, hamburgers, buns, eating utensils and condiments
Forms are available below (registration & medical release) or at the Quilcene Post Office

Registration fee's are $40.00 for the first child, $35.00 for the second &
$30.00 for the 3rd.
