Sample training plan, this plan has been reviewed by a former US Olympic coach as suitable for an Intermediate skater and was drafted by the SEISSC coach. For 16 years or older, use at your own risk, consult a doctor and physical trainer before using this plan. The SEISSC coach is available to customize a training plan for skaters.
