12U All-Star Game

Swartz Creek Varsity Field

SCYB conducted its annual 10U All Star game at the field at Mary Crapo last Thursday.  The Red team was coached by Arby’s Gordie Kaufman and the White team was coached by Dave Mesack from Farm Bureau Insurance, Mesack Agency.  All participants represented each of their respective teams well and everyone had a great time.  I would like to thank all of the parents and spectators who attended showing their support for SCYB and their players and teams.

The 12U division finished it's season Thursday with the championship being played at Mary Crapo.  The playoffs came down to veteran regular season champion Jeff Haring's squad vs. a first year 12U club coached by Greg Gohl.  Both teams played very well and should be proud of their perfomances as Mr Harings group proved to be a bit stronger, taking the game 17-3.

 Congratulations to both teams for a well played season.

The 10U playoffs came down to the wire with league champion Arby's coached by Gord Kaufman playing Mesack Farm Bureau coached by none other than, Mr. Dave Mesack.

Both teams played very strong games and Farm Bureau prevailed in the matchup 11-4.

Congratulations to both teams on a very strong season and playoff run.
