Pop Warner Little Scholars requires that ALL adult Volunteers submit to an annual background check. Even adults previously approved by a Live Scan Fingerprinting Background Check or any other background checking service, must submit to a Live Scan Fingerprinting Background Check through the Southern California Conference and all youth football & cheer member associations. All applicants must complete, print and deliver two copies of the completed REQUEST FOR LIVE SCAN SERVICE form to a State of California Authorized Live Scan Fingerprinting Site for processing.

Applicants are encouraged to contact the Live Scan providers in advance to verify their current operating hours, fees, etc.
