Southern California Youth Football and Cheerleading is a program for Flag / Tackle Football and Cheerleading. The Southern California Conference (SCC) is Pop Warner affiliated which operates within the Southern California area and is designed to teach children from ages 5-14 the fundamentals and techniques of Football and Cheerleading as well as instilling values to carry with them well into their future.
