It is the vision of the South Carroll Soccer Club (SCSC) to provide the youth of the South Carroll area with the opportunity to participate in recreational and organized travel soccer. SCSC emphasizes instruction on basic and advanced soccer skills, structured team play, sportsmanship, character building, leadership and a sense of fair play. Through supervision by qualified coaches, coupled with these ideals, we hope to be competitive on the field of play and provide a framework for success in other endeavors as the players develop.

The South Carroll Soccer Club offers boys and girls ages 8-17 the opportunity for competitive soccer experiences. Tryouts are held for all age groups. Player age is determined as of January 1st. SCSC encourages all players to play within their age group.

Teams play in area leagues like the Baltimore Beltway Soccer League (BBSL), Frederick County Youth Soccer League (FCYSL), etc. Most teams will offer participation in tournaments, indoor soccer through the winter and some also play in the spring. All teams are registered with the Maryland State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA).
