PAL Karate is for boys and girls between 7-17 years old. The karate program meets Saturday & Sunday 9:30am-12pm, 11:30 during the summer.

Our karate program is located at the Brentwood Recreation Center, 99 3rd Ave., Brentwood, N.Y. Registration fees are $5.00 for the 1st month and $15.00 there after.

Program Director is Carmine Napoli Jr. who is nationally ranked and has studied since 1985 and holds a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, 1st in Kookie Won Tae Kwon Do, 1st in Jujitsu and Jeet Kun Do and many more.
