Parking at Penndale Middle School on Saturday only for those teams playing at Penndale Middle School on Saturday:
As I explained in my previous e-mail, we will be unable to park in the main parking lot of Penndale Middle School on Saturday only due to a previously scheduled indoor event.  We have secured parking at 2 other locations, both are marked on the Penndale site map.  1.  Merck parking lot, located off of Church Road after crossing over Hancock Road. (2 lots, one to the left and one on the right) 2.  Behind Lansbowl Bowling alley off of Rte 63.  Both are about a 2 block walk to the fields.  We will have signs all around in the area directing you to these locations.  Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause your team.  There will also be minimal parking in the Educational Service Center Building (corner of Church Road and Hancock Road, right in front of the concession stand).  If you choose to park elsewhere, please abide by the no parking signs or you will be ticketed.

We will have volunteers at the main entrances of Penndale with barricades all day on Saturday with some maps for your convenience.  Please advise your families of these parking issues if you are playing at Penndale Middle School.  We appreciate your cooperation.  You can park in all school parking lots on Sunday.

Remember we will be playing on School Property and therefore No Smoking, No Pets and No Alcoholic Beverages, No open flames are permitted.

Registration will be Thursday, May 18th, 2006 from 6-9 PM at the Montgomery Township Building located at 1001 Stump Road, Montgomeryville, PA  18936.  Any team within 1 hour of our site must register on Thursday evening.  Please consider the tournament committee when deciding to register on Saturday vs. Thursday.  If you are further than a 1 hour drive, you must register 1 hour prior to your first game on Saturday.  You will report to the concession area of your site and ask for the Site Coordinator to register.  Please be sure to have all player passes, medical authorizations (including all guest players) and a current certified roster or you will be unable to play.  If you pre-ordered shirts, you will receive them at registration.

We are looking forward to a great weekend and hope the weather cooperates.  You can check the website for any weather updates, but we will not be making any decisions until the morning of the tournament.  Thank you for choosing the 2006 Shoot for the Cure tournament.
