PITCHING POWERS PRIDE TO SPLIT AT ASHLAND

Game 1

TJ Teets made his first career start for the Pride on Tuesday at Ashland.  The Freshmen has control issues early on that led to a high pitch count but only allowed two hits before exiting the game in the 4th inning.  Matt Kruzel came in and continued the dominance over Eagle hitters by only allowing one hit the rest of the game and completing the shutout.  Offensively, the Pride found a way to get the lead-off man on base in every inning but one but were only able to manage two runs across the plate.  Five different players though recorded a sacrifice bunt during the game.

Game 2
