Mustang League

Mustang League begins the 9 and 10 year-old players training in the complete game of baseball including pitching. The players get their first experience at pitching to other kids and hitting balls pitched by other kids. Runners cannot steal off of the pitcher, but can steal on passed balls and when the ball crosses the plate. Since the kids are learning pitching for the first time, many (if not all) of the kid pitchers look like the guy below.
