Late registration may require an additional fee.

Registration Process: 

1). First check to see that you are within out League boundary:  Boundary Map.

2).  Please fill out the following forms and bring to Registration:
Player registration, Little League Medical Release, County Medical Release, County General Release, and Parent Conduct.
These forms all contained in one file.  Click "here" to download and print, then fill them in and bring them to registration. 

3).  Please bring the following documents to registration:
  -Bring one proof of age document:  Such as a birth certificate or other original document issued by state, federal, or provincial registrars of vital statistics.
  -Bring three documents that show proof of residence of the parent(s) or guardian(s) for the player(s):  These can include a driver’s license, vehicle registration, homeowner records, voter registration, cable/internet/satellite, utility bill (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal), or financial record like a credit card or loan statement.  PLEASE NOTE:   three utility bills count as only one proof.
  -Additionally:  We will be asking for you childs pants and shirt size during registration to pre-order uniforms.  This can be pre-entered on the registration form. 

Volunteer Applications (for manager or coaches): Managers will have to pre-register for coaching classes.  Background checks will be done along with certification.  To complete the background check,  fill out all 3 forms, and make copies.  Submit your application to the SBLL Board along with your childs registration forms.  You will also need a copy of your Drivers Licence.

Out of Boundary Waiver:

1.      If you live outside our League boundary, you must play within your assigned league.  Click here to see a list of District 13 boundary maps.
2.    For families that played played within the League boundary in Spring 2009 but moved outside the boundary, you will need to go through the waiver process.  This will be handled at registration.  Also, you will need 3 proofs of your old and new address.  This will allow your child to be eligible for tournament play (Spring Season Only).
