South Brooklyn Baseball League: Handouts

Please use this registration form to join one of our recreational summer teams for ages 5-10 in coed baseball and ages 8-16 in girls softball.

You can also use this form to register for one of our clinics: T-Ball for Tots (ages 2-3), Instructional (ages 4-5), Pony Clinic (ages 6-8), and Softball Pitching Clinic (ages 8-16).

To register for summer travel (competitive) baseball, please use the Dukes registration form.

For summer flag football, please use the separate registration form provided for that.
