Spring 2013 Baseball & Softball Registration Form

Please use this registration form to sign up for baseball and softball in Spring 2013.

We have programs and teams for players ages 2-17.

Our in-house training programs (T-Ball for Tots, Instructional Division, and Pony Clinic) are held at DiMattina Field in Carroll Gardens.

Our teams play in the Prospect Park league (PPBA).

If you are looking to play more competitive ball on one of our Dukes Travel Baseball or Cardinals Travel Softball teams, please use the separate travel registration form.
