Well Done Cyclones!
Congratulations to all the Cyclones players and coaches on a great fall/winter season! The team finished 2nd in the Fall Delgado (CYSA D2 Class 3) "A" Division and advanced to the Association Cup Quarterfinals. The team gave up only two goals across the four Association Cup games! A disappointing loss in the quarterfinals took the team out of the tournament. Let's not forget that only eight of the 33 teams (from all over northern California) in the U13B group made it to the quarterfinals, and we were one those eight teams!
Enjoy your middle school soccer seasons and look for updates from the coaches on Futsal and when spring practices will start (likely the first week of March).

Congratulations Cyclones Players
Congratulations to the Cyclones players that made their middle school teams -- Ben, Henry, Takumi (Cupertino); Rei, Jake (Miller); Hector (Columbia); Dylan, Eric (Lawson); and Yoshi (Hyde).
King's Academy, Petersen and Stratford have not held tryouts yet, so we will update this list once those schools have named their teams.

Cyclones Add $1000 to Jonathan Manzo Chavez Memorial Fund
Thank you Cyclones family! Between the proceeds from our D2 Cup Concessions stand at SSC Nov. 22-23, and the direct donations collected, we were able to add $1000 to the Jonathan Manzo Chavez memorial fund.
Thank you all for your personal donations of baked goods and time that weekend. In addition, special thanks to the Polgar and Jensen families for contributing the cost of items purchased for sale that weekend.
Concession proceeds (including cost of items purchased) totaled $599, and there was an additional $401 in direct donations collected that weekend at the fields and over the following weeks.
