Birth Certificate Copies Needed
Important Documentation For Registering Athletes
All athletes are required to submit a copy of their birth certificate with registration documents and fees. You can find this documentation under the Handout tab on this website or recieve a packet from Mrs. Charlotte Young.
PLEASE REMEMBER UNIFORMS WILL NOT BE ORDERED UNTIL YOUR REGISTRATION FEE IS PAID.
