VYSA - Virginia Youth Soccer Association VYSA is a member of US Youth Soccer charged with developing youth soccer in Virginia and the District of Columbia. US Youth Soccer is the division of the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) charged with developing youth soccer throughout the United States.
