Parent Meeting May 29

We had a parents' meeting in the SPHS stands during practice on Thursday, May 30th. During that meeting, we discussed:

  • Parents were asked not to interfere with the coaches during practice and at the meets.
  • Parents were asked not to come on the field during the meets.
  • Athletes need to arrive on time for the meets unless you have notified us that you will be late.
  • Athletes are coming to the meets with no food/water and they are eating/drinking out of other kid's coolers. We are asking all parents to please send food/water for your child and please write their name on their coolers. We will stress to all the kids not to go into other people's coolers. It was also suggested that parents bring extra food/water.
  • We had our raffle drawing and the prizes were given out. The total we raised has not be counted, so you will receive an email next week.
  • We will sell Gattiland coupon books as a fundraiser. The start date hasn't been decided, but you will be notified by email.
