Julie Andersen (Adam's mom)

Hi Maura,

After Adam's REALLY terrific time in Omaha, I have a new appreciation for
what our athletes must go through just to get to the Olympics--let alone do
well there. (I also seem to have a newly-found desire to cheer for the
underdog!!) I just wanted you to know how much our family has enjoyed your
updates on your friend, Stephanie. For her to have such an amazingly
fabulous outcome is a tribute not only to her athletic abilities, but to her
friends and family, as well. Congratulations to all!!

Our best,
Julie & Adam & Family

Matt Emrick (Reaghan's dad)

We wanted to take a moment to thank you and Roosevelt for everything you guys do. Thanks also to all of the other coaches. Funny, when I signed Reaghan up for track in January, I thought – “that seems a little pricey.” Now, I realize what an absolute bargain it truly is!! The experience and the fun we had with the club this spring and summer was priceless!!!
Our trip to Omaha was very memorable. Driving turned out to be a good idea as the kids got to see a lot of the country they had never seen.   We took 2 ½ days to get there – and made it home in a day and a half.

Violet Reynolds (Gianni's mom)

Hi Maura,

Gianni had a great time in Omaha. As a matter of fact so did me and his little brother. Thank you and Coach Kent for being such a positive influence in his life. It truly takes a village and I salute you both as responsible village elders.

With deep appreciation,
Violet M. Vernon

Coach Larry (Sub-Bantam Coach)

Dear Maura,

I hope today went a little smoother, and that you got the necessary cooperation from the other coaches and parents! You took on the whole spectrum of responsibilities from the very beginning yesterday, from the gate fee fiasco to all the event organization, and I hope the appreciation became more widespread as people realized there would have been no meet at all without what you did.

Because of you and Roosevelt and all the other RETC coaches and parents, and of course all the kids (including Nathan!), it is truly a privelege to be a small part of this great team.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Robert & I would like to thank you very much for your hard work at the Reno Track meet. We wish we could be of your help more but we were quite hands-full, too, to get our kids place in races and events.

We look forward to seeing you at Rocklin. We'll send some teenagers to help move chairs the night before the championship.

Best regards, Yuko & Robert

John Cordell's dad

John Cordell's dad here, I just wanted to say how much we appreciate the program you are running. John is thriving, and looks forward to practice and the meets. This is the first time he's participated in track. This has allowed him to gain confidence he hasn't experienced in other sports. The coaches have all been so helpful and encouraging to John.

Nice job covering "the expectations" at a track meet. It is people like you who have made track my family's most enjoyable sport.

I saw Kent at Woody Wilson and forgot you may have had Michaels warm-ups with you. I will watch your practice schedule and see if I can meet up.

Gabby Stevens (Amanda's mom)

Dear Maura,

You are an angel. Thanks so much for your extra effort in trying to help Amanda. We truly appreciate it. I know for sure that had we not found Roseville Express and wonderful coaches like you and Roosevelt, Amanda would not have the choices she has right now for colleges. Roseville Express has provided her with opportunities and we are grateful.

Keep doing what you are doing because it is making a difference.

    Thanks again.

Gabi Stevens

Thank you to all the coaches for an amazing season. Our daughter Chase (9 y.o.) and Miles (6 y.o.) had a great and fun Track season and are looking forward to Cross Country and Track again next year.

Thank you for all your hard work.
