RYS Registration Information

 How to Register for RYS

Option 1:

On-line Registration Information:

Click here to link directly to Sportspilots on-line registration page.  Here you will be able to register your player for the upcoming session and pay by credit card. 

Option 2:

Manual Registration Process: 

You can print off a Registration form located under our FORMS tab, fill out all the necessary info. and then mail in the form with your payment to our PO Box.  If your player will be part of the Travel program please follow the steps listed below:

 RYS Registration and Uniform Costs

RYS Registration fees per season (Travel/Micro's):

$70 - for 1st and 2nd child registering
$60 -for 3rd child registering (same family)
$50 - for 4th child registering (same family)
**for any registrations received after the registration deadline, they will be subject to a $30 late fee**

Travel Uniform fee:

$55 (u10-u16) - includes RYS Shirt, Shorts, and Socks
   - Travel Uniform form (for new or replacement orders)

* If your son or daughter is new to the Micro program, a birth certificate is required with registration. For more information on birth certificates see below. Please mail a COPY to:

* If your son or daughter is new to the Travel program, a birth certificate is required with registration in addition to a 1”x1” color picture with their name and birth date on the back. For more information on birth certificates see below. Please mail BOTH to:

* All travel Coaches are also required to submit a 1"x1" color picture with their name on the back with their registration form.

* If your player is new to the travel program than your player is required to order a new uniform for the upcoming season. Cost is $55.  Uniforms can be purchased online; please list sizes in the notes/comment box.

 AGE GROUPS for FALL 2012 & SPRING 2013

Player Age Groups are determined by birth date, in accordance with our
affiliation with the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association.

U5 - Born on or between 8/1/2007 - 7/31/2008     

U6 - Born on or between 8/1/2006 - 7/31/2007

U7 - Born on or between 8/1/2005 - 7/31/2006        

U8 - Born on or between 8/1/2004 - 7/31/2005

U10 - Born on or between 8/1/2002 - 7/31/2004        

U12 - Born on or between 8/1/2000 - 7/31/2002

U14 - Born on or between 8/1/1998 - 7/31/2000

U16 - Born on or between 8/1/1996 - 7/31/1998

U18 - Born on or between 8/1/1994 - 7/31/1996

U19 - Born on or between 8/1/1992 - 7/31/1994

*New players must also submit a birth certificate copy to be fully enrolled *

 Birth Certificates

All new players to RYS must submit a birth certificate copy with their registration. A copy of each player's birth certificate must be on file with the RYS Registrar to be properly registered. All players who are not in compliance with our registration process will not be allowed to participate until all registration requirements are met. If you do not meet the registration requirements, any form of payment will be reimbursed and you will be subject to pay the late fee once all requirements are met.

Withdrawals from RYS

A player wishing to withdraw from the program, and requesting a refund, must do so in writing/e-mail, explaining the reason for withdrawal.

The Executive Board will act on the request at their first available meeting.  Based on the circumstances, the Executive board will vote to decide if you will be refunded all, some or none of the registration fee, less administration and banking fees ($5-$16), if applicable.
