Rockland Baseball Association representing Rockland, Orange & Westchester Counties Ages 8U–12U will be holding Sign-ups for the 2010 Spring & Summer Leagues. The RBA plays single age divisions. Leading/stealing begin at the 9U level. Winner of each league will participate in State Tournament. State winner advances to Regional play. Regional winner advances to World Series.
