- Download the Registration Form and the Tri-County Liability Form located in the Handbook/Registration section of this website
- Complete the 2 forms and mail to: Nancy Finch, 133 Pheasant Fields Lane, Moorestown, NJ 08057
- Don't forget to give your child's t-shirt size for the team t-shirt
- Either Download the Handbook from the website or get one at the first outdoor swim practice, Tuesday, May 27th @ Riverton Country Club
