A note from the president: 

If you have any concerns or need more information about anything, please don't hesitate to ask.  Check our "Rincon LL Board of Directors" page to find the right folks to speak to for your division for any of the following concerns:

1. Have concerns regarding your player?
   See your level's Player Agent
2. If you're a coach and you need direction or if you need further information after you've already discussed a coaching concern with your manager....
   Contact your level's Coaching Coordinator
3. If you've noticed a safety issue
   Talk to our Safety Officer
4. If you want to volunteer as an umpire or want to talk to someone about umpiring
   See our Umpire-in-Chief
5. If you want to volunteer (and we're ALL volunteers; even the president!)
   Contact our Volunteer Coordinator
6. If you have something that needs to go on the website or you just want to make suggestions regarding our "virtual presence"
   Talk to our Information Officer
7. For anything not mentioned here?
   See any of these folks and ask them who the best person would be to talk to about your concern

We want your player's experience to be as safe and enjoyable as possible.  Please feel free to talk to any of us if you have a concern.

This volunteer application is  required to be considered for any position working with our players.  By returning this form, you give Rincon Little League permission to do the required background check.

Please note:
1) For the safety of our players, our league uses only LexisNexis for background checks.
2) LexisNexis REQUIRES a social security number be provided and cannot process background checks without one.
3) If you choose not to provide your social security number, the league understands your position.  However, because a background check cannot be completed without it; unfortunately, we will not be able to use you as a volunteer in our league.

Please scan the completed form and email to rincon.prez@yahoo.com or turn it in to a board member at the park who will place it in the snack bar safe for the president to pick up and process.

Please note: Managers must fill out this application AND submit the 2012 Volunteer Application.  If you wish to be an assistant coach, you need only to fill out the 2012 Volunteer Application.
