4th Annual RRYF Banquet

The banquet will be held on Sunday, January 27, 2013 from 4 to 8 pm at the Oaks Ballroom in Glenolden. The cost will be $10.00 for kids, and $25.00 for adults. All tickets will be on a first come, first serve basis. We had over 300+ people at last years banquet, and we were informed that this year we cannot exceed 275 due to changes in the fire code.

You can email Joe Hinchey directly at goirish3@msn.com and reserve your tickets right away. We will the need number of adults, number of kids, and what team your child played/cheered for this year. Once we get to 275 reservations, we won't be able to take any more.

There will be 2 options for payment. First option is to send a check, made payable to RRYF, to PO Box 44, Folsom PA 19033.  The second option is to pay in person on one of these two nights: Friday, January 11th and Friday, January 18th, from 6 to 8 pm at the Swarthmorewood clubhouse above the snackbar.

Bonus Games

Just when you thought the season was over, we still have 1 MORE GAME!!!

 

The varsity pad teams will be playing Great Valley this coming Sunday, October 28th at Great Valley High School field.

The game times are:

12:00 PM  80lb Varsity

1:30 PM  100lb Varsity

3:00 PM 120lb Varsity

Great Valley Junior Patriot games are held at Great Valley High School Football Stadium located at
225 Phoenixville Pike

Malvern, PA 19355-1134

Game day protocols
Game day protocol at Blackrock Field:
 
1.  Smoking is only allowed on the top parking lot.  NO smoking is allowed on the field or warm-up areas.
2.  NO pets are allowed on the field during games days. 
 
These two rules listed above are Bert Bell rules and must be followed.
 
We also need your help in keeping our field clean.  Please be sure to pick up after yourself and your children.  If you have younger children, be sure to accompany them to the restrooms.

Information Packets
During Practice this week all players should have received and information packet with two letters to parents, an order form for purchasing Ridley Football clothing, and schedules for the season and photo ID nights.  All of these forms can be found on our website.  The link for the parent letters is below.

All orders for Ridley Football and Cheer gear are due this Thursday, September 6th.  Sample items will be on display in the clubhouse this week and th order form is attached below.
