ATTENTION! 

Monday May 28th (Memorial Day) is the annual Richmond Memorial Day Parade. As always RLL is invited to walk in the parade.  It only takes a couple of your hours on Monday morning and it's a fun time plus more important a great lesson for the kids of what Memorial Day is all about. The parade begins at 10:00 a.m (arrive around 9:30) from the high school and ends at the cemetary on the north end of Main Street with a beautiful ceremony.  After the parade the VFW always invites us for hot dogs at the hall on 32 mile. Let's have a great turnout with all teams represented.  Thanks!

I would like to send out a special thanks to all the players and coaches who took their time on Memorial Day morning to walk in the parade.  There were roughly 50 players along with several coaches. It gave the kids a great lesson of what Memorial Day really means. Also, a big thank you to the Richmond VFW for feeding us hot dogs, chips & pop after the parade.
