Directions to VMI Field
Directions to Patchin Field (Baseball,Soccer,Lacrosse) Traveling north on I-81 . . . Take exit 188-B (60 West) and proceed to Lexington (a couple of miles). Turn right on Main St (which is one way north at this point). Immediately move into the left lane. After 2 blocks you will be forced to turn left onto Jefferson St (one way south). Immediately move into the right lane and then turn right onto Letcher Avenue. Proceed on Letcher until you enter VMI. Take first immediate left onto Maiden Lane and proceed approx 1/4 miles on Maiden Lane until you see Patchin Field on your left. Parking available at bottom of the hill along Woods Creek. Traveling south on I-81 . . . Take exit 195 and turn right at the end of the exit ramp (11 South). Proceed south on 11 to Lexington (about 5 miles). Follow the signs to downtown Lexington (11 business . . . Main Street). Main Street will split and become Jefferson Street (one way south). Immediately turn right onto Letcher Avenue. Proceed on Letcher until you enter VMI. Take first immediate left onto Maiden Lane and proceed approx 1/4 miles on Maiden Lane until you see Patchin Field on your left. Parking available at bottom of the hill along Woods Creek. Traveling west on I-64 take exit 55 onto Route 11 South. Follow across river then exit right onto Route 11 Business. Continue south past football field on your left to a right onto Maiden Lane. Follow Maiden Lane until you approach the drill field, turn left in front of Marshall Library continue in front of building to next left then an a right and down the hill to the field Rockbridge High School Rockbridge High School is located at 143 Greenhouse Road, Lexington, VA 24450. Going south on I-81 take I-64 west to first exit. At end of exit turn left on Route 11 South. Just after crossing over I-64 take a right on to Greenhouse Rd. Field is on the right across from high school. Heading East on I-64 take exit 55, at the end of the exit turn right on Route 11 South then make an another right on Greenhouse Rd.
