1. Please visit "Nations Baseball" and get your team registered before your first game.
2. Please use your current insurance and download to Nations as a additional insured or acquire your team insurance thru Nations and they will do it for you.
3. Regardless of who you get your insurance thru, please email me a copy listing "Atlee Youth Complex" as a additional insured. Upshaws5@comcast.net
4. Teams meet with umpires to coin flip before each game to determine home and visitors. Home team score book is official.
5. Each team provides two new high quality baseballs for each game.
6. Home team emails their division director the scores within 2 days after the game.

7. All concerns or issues regarding rules and umpire calls are final at the field and made by the umpires.
8. Each team should go to the Nations Baseball website and print a copy of the "Rules".
9. 13U teams pay $50 per game for umpires, 8U teams pay $30 per game to umpires ( just 1 umpire ), 9U thru 12U pays $40 per game to umpires. We leave it up to the teams to determine who pays which umpire or divide between the teams. Umpires are paid before each game. The league schedules
umpires to be present at games.
10. Teams need to update their rosters on the Nations website.
11. Please keep the spectator and dugout area clean. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to use their ball fields.
12. Visit the RTBL website for field directions "Locations". The update should be made by Tuesday.
13. League standings will be updated either at the Nations website or RTBL. ( TBA )
14. We ask coaches and spectators conduct themselves approiately. Unruly spectators and coaches will be removed from the ball field area.
15. No pets, tobacco, or alcohol near the fields.
16. Games canceled due to rain can be rescheduled by the affected teams. The league does not require any games to be made up, however the league will send umpires to rescheduled games.
17. Games are subject ending at the earliest of the followng: Time limit, 6 innings for 8U thru 12Uand 7 innings for 13U, mercy rule. No game will extend past the time limit. Games can end in a tie.
8U time limit---1 hr 40 min. , 10U and 12U Division time limit--1 hr. 50 min. , 13U Division 2 hr limit.
Mercy Rule: 15 after 3, 10 after 4, and 8 after 5.

19. Schedules and updates, rain delays or cancellations will be posted on the RTBL website homepage
at least 1.5 hr before game time. Check the RTBL website for changes.
20. Pitching Limitations: 10U and 12U--Cannot pitch more than 18 outs in any given day.
Pitching Limitations: 13U---Cannot pitch more than 21 outs in any given day.
21. Age Divisons 12U and 13U --balks are enforced at umpires discretion.
Age Divisions 10U--balks are not enforced strickly unless umpires determines there is a persistent violation.
22. 8U Rules: batter is allowed 6 pitches or 3 swinging strikes. Fouled balls allows batter to continue batting. Maximum of 7 runs or three outs per inning. Read rules when "time is called" to stop the play.

Locations
Atlee Youth Sports Complex, home of Atlee Little League, is located on Whippoorwill Road approximately 1/4 mile off Route 301 near Oak Knoll Middle School and Hanover High School. Below are directions to the complex:
From the North - I-95 south; take the Atlee/Elmont exit; turn left onto Sliding Hill Road; turn right onto New Ashcake Road; turn left onto Whippoorwill Road; turn left into the Sports Complex.
From the South - I-95 north; take the Atlee/Elmont exit; turn right onto Sliding Hill Road; turn right onto New Ashcake Road; turn left onto Whippoorwill Road; turn left into the Sports Complex.
From the East - I-295 west; take the Route 301 North exit (Chamberlayne Road); shortly after Oak Knoll Middle School and the Hanover High School, turn left onto Whippoorwill Road; turn right into the Sports Complex.
From the West - I-295 east; take the Route 301 North exit (Chamberlayne Road); shortly after Oak Knoll Middle School and the Hanover High School, turn left onto Whippoorwill Road; turn right into the Sports Complex.

Old New Kent Middle School
Take I 64 East to exit 214 New Kent/Providence Forge. At the end of the exit ramp turn left onto Route 155 (Courthouse). Travel approximately 2.2 miles and at the stop sign turn right onto Route 249. Travel approximately 2 miles and you will pass Egypt Road and New Kent Elementary School on the right. You will then see the Old New Kent Middle School on the right, turn into the front parking lot and park. Use the side walk that travels through the middle of the campus. The field is directly behind the Old Midle School. If you get lost, call Greg Ferrell at 370-5016, Ronnie Cox at 928-4267 .
Quinton Park - (From Richmond/Hanover) Take I-64 East to the Quinton/Bottoms Bridge Exit. At the end of the ramp turn left onto route 249. Travel about two miles and take a right on Henpeck Road. Quinton Park is 1/2 a mile on the right.
