THE LEESBURG REVOLUTION
The Leesburg Revolution is the travel team division of the Leesburg Girls Softball League, the largest softbal organization in Loudoun County and the largest Babe Ruth Softball League in the State of Virginia (www.leesburggirlssoftball.org). The Rev's call Leesburg, Virginia home which is 35 miles west of Washington D.C..
The Leesburg Revolution travel program was established in June 2008, and currently includes teams, at the 10U, 12U and 14U levels. All Revolution teams play a full schedule of ASA, PONY, USSSA and NSA tournaments both locally and tournaments out of town. They also participate in the Loudoun County and Fairfax County Travel League. Our teams draw players from all over Loudoun County and Northern Virginia.
Our teams have experienced early success with our 2008, 10U team representing the Revolution organization in the ASA Eastern National Championships held in York, PA. Our teams finished in the top three on several occasion last year including first place finishes for the 10U and 12U teams and the tradition continues in 2009-2010.
REVOLUTIONARY NEWS:
Our Fall 2009 season has come to close. The Rev's finished strong and we look to build upon our fall season success as we now go indoors for the next five months at the Revolution Team Training Center (RTTC) until we emerge in late March as improved players and more importantly stronger teams ready to take on the top competition on the Atlantic Coast!
Our brand new 4000 sq. ft. Revolution Team Training Center is used exclusively by Revolution players and teams and is not open to the public. Our winter training program in our own state of the art training facility is what sets our program a part from many other organiztions. We do not just rent a public facility and then share the space with who knows who!
Check back often or feel free to contact the team Managers as some teams may need to conduct tryouts to fill rosters for the spring and summer season.
It is almost turkey time!!!

I believe that there is no OFF-SEASON.
