All girls born on/after August 1, 1996 who are not committed to another travel team for Fall 2009

Tryout #1 Thursday June 4th 5:00 p.m. at Lake Fairfax field #1
Tryout #2 Monday June 8th 6:30 p.m. at Lake Fairfax field #7a
Tryout #3 Saturday June 13th 6:00 p.m. at Lake Fairfax field #7a
Tryout Format: Open for 17 roster slots. All incumbents will tryout again. The first 15 roster spots will be based upon girls attending tryouts 1 & 2. Tryout 3 will be for remaining slots up to 17.
What you should do to tryout: contact team manager Judy Lamp 703-209-5911 jslamp@comcast.net . If you have not registered, please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Plan on your athlete to work for 90 minutes, so come prepared to play wearing soccer cleats, shin guards, size 4 ball, and plenty of fluids.
What you should expect following the tryouts: responses will be given via phone calls in the days following tryout #2 and #3. Bids will be contingent upon accepting to abide by team philosophy and receipt of $200 deposit (applied towards fall commitment). Bids will be valid for 48 hours after which any open slots will be opened to applicants on stand-by.
What information do I need before accepting a bid: Before accepting an offered bid, all prospective player parents need to listen to the meeting broadcast which details important information. Note that this information contains some of the changes for 2009-2010, so even returning players need to listen. The broadcast is about 50 minutes in length. Click this link to listen.
