Head Coach – Howard Booth - directs all soccer related activities for the team.

Coaching: 14 seasons of coaching, 24 teams including 5 all-star teams, 4 division final teams, 2 championship teams.

Coaching Credentials: USSF E and USSF D License 

Playing: Played 12 seasons of soccer as a youth, 8 in goal. 11 seasons of adult league play, still playing every Tuesday night.

Technical Skills Coach - Marty Pfister - focused upon technical soccer skills development

Marty has over 13 years of coaching experience, mostly with High Schools, and presently with South Lakes High School as Head Coach of the varsity boys soccer team.  Marty also coaches the NCSL Boys U15 RSA team, and holds a National Youth Coaching License.

Assistant Coach - Bradford Smith - assists head coach Booth in managing soccer operations for the team.

Brad holds a USSF E license and has been an assistant for the last 5 seasons for RSA's SFL teams, including 2 all-star teams.

Team Manager – Dr. Judy Lamp - manages all non-soccer related activities for the team, including financial and logistical management.

Assistant team coach in SFL for 2 seasons.
