ELECTIONS FOR 2010 BOARD

Redmond Little League will be holding elections for It's 2010 Boardof Directors on October 15, 2009 at 7:00 pm, at the Umatilla Field Board room.

Having a good base group of volunteers is vital to the opperation of the League. The majority of the RLL board for 2009 resigned prior to the end of the season, for various reasons.

Most of the board positions open actually do not require a huge amount of time except for some key events registration and putting teams and schedules together.

While I realize everyones time is limited, the league can no longer function without some new personnel. I don't have time is only a matter of fact for a limited number of people and a matter of choice for others. So please look at your schedule and see how you can help, not how come you can't.

By the way, I have 2 jobs, 0 kids in little league, 2 kids playing highschool sports which I have to miss more than I should for Little League functions due to a lack of volunteers, and I am not the only one in this  position. So please consider, if we can make time for your kids, can't you?

Remember, the more help we have the less we all have to do. I hope we see you all at the elections.
