Grrrl's Fall Championship Information
-- U13 will play 60 minute games
-- Home team is the team listed first for the match and must provide an acceptable game ball
-- When jersey colors are similar, the home team will change jerseys
-- Each team will be awarded points as follows:
3 points for a win
1 points for a tie
0 points for a loss
-- To determine preliminary winners and wild cards, if necessary (in order):
1. Winner of head to head competition.
2. Highest goal differential – goals for minus goals against [maximum three (3) goals per game after
subtraction].
Ex. – A 10-7 win for team A would result in three (3) goals counted as “Goal Differential” for team A.
3. Least total goals allowed [maximum three (3) goals per game]
Ex. – A 9-8 loss for team B would result in three (3) goals” counted against team B
4. Most shut-outs ( include 0-0 ties for this tiebreaker)
5. Most goals scored (no maximum)

GAMES:
Merrimack fields are just North of Drake Avenue off of Triana.
From Decatur, take I-565 East. From there, there are several ways to go.
-- Exit to Bob Wallace Ave. (just past the Space and Rocket Center). Follow Bob Wallace, crossing over Jordan Lane, go another mile or so to Triana Blvd (at a traffic light). Turn right, go approx. one mile, fields are on your left, just before you get to Drake Ave.

DIRECTIONS:
-- Take I-459 North to exit #23 "Liberty Parkway". At the top of the ramp, turn right.
-- At the next intersection, turn right and you are on Liberty Parkway.
-- Go 3 miles to the entrance to the "Vestavia Hills Sports Complex", on your right.
-- You will go through several stop signs, wind around, and past a fire station. When you drive through the Round-a-Bout, take the next right (at a stop sign) to enter the Sports Complex. Follow this road past the baseball fields and the soccer is at the very end on the right.
